The primary material selected for this project is Travertine marble, chosen to deliver a refined aesthetic that blends natural heritage with contemporary luxury. The works are being executed in collaboration with Madinat Al Ah (Stone City) to ensure the highest standards of material supply and installation.

With a large total work area of 3,200 square meters, this project demands exceptional precision in handling travertine stone:
Travertine Installation
Execution of façade cladding (or flooring/wall works as applicable) using travertine marble.
Careful vein matching and color coordination to achieve a smooth, harmonious natural stone appearance.
Professional grouting and pore filling techniques to protect the stone while preserving its natural texture.
Fixing System
Use of appropriate mechanical or wet fixing systems based on the size and weight of the travertine panels, ensuring long-term safety and durability.
Partnership & Coordination
Close collaboration with the main contractor, Madinat Al Ahجار (Stone City), to ensure premium material supply and precise execution in full compliance with the approved project schedule.
