In this project, we went beyond a single scope of work by executing a comprehensive package of interior and exterior finishes—from façade cladding to interior décor and overall site coordination—delivering a G+1 villa that combines refined luxury with superior execution quality.

Technical Details & Scope of Work
Our scope in this project covered all aesthetic and functional aspects of the villa:
External Façades (External Stone)
Supply and installation of natural stone cladding for the façades, adding a sense of luxury and long-term durability to the villa’s exterior.
Interior Finishing
Gypsum Board: Execution of modern ceiling and wall designs using gypsum boards, with high precision in leveling and detailing.
Flooring & Ceramics: Installation of ceramic flooring and wall tiles for bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, with careful attention to joint alignment and slope accuracy.
Landscaping
Design and execution of landscape works and the external garden, creating a harmonious connection between nature and the villa’s architectural design while providing a relaxing outdoor environment for the owner.
