Technical Details & Scope of Execution
The company is responsible for cladding the external façades of five separate buildings within the development using natural stone, with a total area of 2,500 square meters. Our technical team focuses on the following key aspects:
Installation Precision & Alignment: Ensuring perfectly aligned stone joints to match the precise architectural geometry of all five buildings.
Quality & Sustainability: Applying fixing techniques that guarantee long-term façade durability and resistance to harsh climatic conditions, in line with the city’s sustainability standards.
Site Management: Simultaneous execution across five independent building façades, requiring advanced logistical coordination to ensure timely progress and on-schedule delivery to the main contractor (JEET) in accordance with the approved project timeline.
